SIMPLE. UNCOMPLICATED. EFFORTLESS.
"A pinch here" and a "handful there" are the cornerstone of our un-recipes. Go ahead and add your own flair. The rules are that there are no rules. Throw away convention and let your inner muse take over. No specific measurements. So simple we can't call them recipes, yet so delectable you can't say no.

Spiked! Chocolate Orange Pudding
Who doesn't love orange with chocolate? OK, maybe Uncle Louie, but if you do... try this! Prepare one box of South & Spoon Chocolate Pudding mix as directed on the box. Refrigerate until cool (about 1 hour). Add 2 tablespoons of Grand Mariner or your favorite orange liqueur and blend thoroughly into chilled pudding. Serve chilled with a slice of orange in a beautiful glass... (or eat right out of the bowl).
Frozen Pudding Pops
Freeze your favorite South and Spoon pudding (after you prepare it on the stovetop, of course)
in freezer-pop molds overnight. Dip your frozen pudding pops in melted chocolate and sprinkle with nuts and toppings. Lay the pops on parchment paper and lay them back in the freezer for at least an hour before serving.

Aunt Bailey's Snickerdoodle Parfait

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Pie
Pie filling: 1 box South & Spoon Chocolate Pudding mix *reduce amount of milk used to 2 cups. Cook as directed. After pudding boils and while still hot, add 1/2 cup chunky or smooth peanut butter. Stir until incorporated.
Pie Topping: 2 cups Cool Whip defrosted, 1/4 cups smooth peanut butter. Fold together until blended. Don't worry the Cool Whip will hold up to the peanut butter.
Add the pie filling into your favorite pre-baked pie crust and allow to cool in the refrigerator for four hours minimum. Once the pudding filling is cooled, add Cool Whip / Peanut butter topping and refrigerate until you are ready to serve! Decorate your pie to hearts content!
