Who doesn't love orange with chocolate? OK, maybe Uncle Louie, but if you do... try this! Prepare one box of South & Spoon Chocolate Pudding mix as directed on the box. Refrigerate until cool (about 1 hour). Add 2 tablespoons of Grand Mariner or your favorite orange liqueur and blend thoroughly into chilled pudding. Serve chilled with a slice of orange in a beautiful glass... (or eat right out of the bowl).
