Freeze your favorite South and Spoon pudding (after you prepare it on the stovetop, of course)
in freezer-pop molds overnight. Dip your frozen pudding pops in melted chocolate and sprinkle with nuts and toppings. Lay the pops on parchment paper and lay them back in the freezer for at least an hour before serving.
